Job Opening: Marketing Executive (1 Position) Location: Vasai Road East, Mumbai Qualification: MBA in Marketing Management Experience: Minimum 3 years in Real Estate Marketing Industry: Real Estate / Property Functional Area: Marketing Strategy & Execution CTC: As per Industry Standards About the Role We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate projects, enhance brand visibility, and generate quality leads. Key Responsibilities · Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns · Plan and coordinate promotional activities, events, and site visits · Manage digital marketing, social media, and content initiatives · Conduct market research and competitor analysis · Track and report campaign performance and ROI metrics · Coordinate with external agencies for marketing collaterals · Lead PR efforts in collaboration with agencies · Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for pre-launch and launch phases · Liaise with brokers, channel partners, and external stakeholders · Contribute to designing and enhancing the sales experience at the sales office Candidate Requirements · Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate marketing · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Hands-on experience with online and offline marketing tools · Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects · MBA in Marketing Management is mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
