Job Description

Responsibilities

Revenue Generation:
Proactively hunt, qualify, and secure new business contracts (rooms and event space) to achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
.
Account Strategy:
Develop and manage a dedicated portfolio of
key corporate accounts
, ensuring high retention rates and maximizing customer lifetime value.
Market Analysis:
Monitor local competitive pricing and market trends to position the hotel and negotiate profitable, competitive rates and contracts.
Sales Execution:
Log all sales activity, track pipeline progress, and deliver accurate
forecasts
using the hotel's CRM/PMS system.
Collaboration:
Act as the primary link between sales and operations, coordinating with Revenue Management, Catering, and Front Office to ensure seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years of proven
proactive sales
experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills:
Exceptional
negotiation
, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Technical:
Proficiency with
CRM software
(e.g., Delphi, Salesforce) and hotel
PMS
(e.g., Opera).
Metrics:
A strong, documented track record of exceeding revenue goals, RevPAR, and lead conversion KPIs.
