Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of retail housing loan products, managing and developing a team of sales executives, and achieving business targets. They will focus on generating leads, building relationships with customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role will also involve market research, business development, and collaboration with other teams to ensure smooth operations and business growth.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, business development, and team management
Strong understanding of retail housing loan products and the affordable housing market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of risk assessment and compliance processes in financial services
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop customer-focused solutions
Proficiency in market analysis and competitor evaluation
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the housing finance or banking sector is advantageous
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
