Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead business development, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B/B2C sales in the real estate, architecture, or interiors domain.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Business Development

Identify potential leads through market research, networking, referrals, or partnerships
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Pitch company services to architects, project management consultants (PMCs), real estate developers, and corporates

2. Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve targets
Conduct presentations, site visits, and commercial negotiations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and ensure timely closures

3. Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure client satisfaction through follow-ups and service coordination

4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain and update CRM systems
Work closely with the design and execution team for project alignment
Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales performance

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales (preferably interiors/real estate)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English, MS Office, CRM tools
Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at handling high-value clients
