Job Description

Role Overview: You are being hired as a Sales Manager for office furniture at a company that focuses on shaping office spaces. As a dynamic and results-driven individual, you will be leading the sales initiatives for office furniture. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, identifying key industry stakeholders, conducting client visits and presentations, staying updated on market trends, negotiating deals, and ensuring outstanding post-sales support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed business goals. - Independently generate new leads through networking, referrals, online research, field visits, and other innovative methods. - Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. - Identify key industry stakeholders such as architects, builders, and interior designers, and schedule meetings to present company offerings. - Conduct client visits and presentations to showcase products and solutions effectively. - Stay updated on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities. - Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction. - Negotiate deals, pricing structures, and contract terms to close sales effectively. - Deliver outstanding post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships. - Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales, and customer interactions using CRM software. - Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to boost brand visibility. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). - Up to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the office furniture or interior solutions industry. - Strong lead generation skills with a self-starter attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision. - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with fieldwork and regular meetings with industry professionals and clients. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
