We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent spatial awareness, and a passion for creating functional and beautiful spaces. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and other professionals to transform ideas into reality, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end interior design projects from concept to completion, including planning, space design, material selection, and execution.
• Translate client needs and brand aesthetics into thoughtful, functional interior environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD and design software.
• Coordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders.
• Mentor and oversee junior designers, ensuring design consistency and professional growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent design delivery.
• Innovate solutions to optimize timely deliveries without compromising quality.
• Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of interior design experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design; Architecture or business-related degrees are a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of creativity and problem-solving ability.
