And now we’re looking for a Sales Manager who can sell faster than a Zepto delivery. 🎯 Your Mission – Should You Choose to Accept It Chase and close high-impact clients like a GPS-guided sales missile Build powerful sales strategies (PowerPoint optional, passion mandatory) Lead, coach & motivate your team (without needing a daily TED Talk) Hunt down leads in warehouses, QSRs, dark stores, and logistics hubs Handle objections smoother than a DTDC express delivery Collaborate across departments to ensure zero-delay project rollouts Deliver reports that actually make sense (and impress bosses) 🎯 MANDATORY EXPERIENCE ZONES (We mean it!) ✅ Worked in/for: QSR Brands – McD, KFC, Subway, Domino’s Dark Stores – Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart Warehouses – Blue Dart, DTDC, Ecom Express, Flipkart, Amazon FCs Retail Chains – Reliance Trends, Vishal Mega Mart, D-Mart, etc. If you haven’t pitched or closed projects in these zones — this mission isn’t for you. 🧠 What We Expect You To Know (Besides Your Own Email Password) Sales Planning, CRM, Forecasting & Team Management Client Relationship Skills that even Google Maps can’t track Market Analysis, Territory Expansion & Reporting Surveillance/IT Sales experience is a jackpot Fluent Communication – English, Hindi, and if needed, “client-friendly jugaad” Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or Real-World Sales MBA (we respect street smarts too) 🎁 What’s In It For You?
