Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and expand market presence. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives/agents to ensure high performance and motivation. Oversee end-to-end sales operations, including lead generation, site visits, client follow-ups, and deal closures. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and business opportunities. Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and team performance metrics. Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and events. Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies in all property transactions. Manage negotiations, agreements, and documentation processes related to property sales. 💡 Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 2-4 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of real estate markets, legal norms, and customer behavior. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
