Job Description

Motivated and client-focused professional responsible for managing property listings, guiding clients through the sales process, and closing deals efficiently. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and build a clientele through prospecting and networking Conduct property viewings and present market insights to clients. Negotiate offers and finalize contracts to close sales. Maintain client relationships via follow-ups and after-sales support. Stay up-to-date on local market trends, pricing, and legal regulations. 🛠 Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Real Estate, or related) and valid real estate license preferred. 1–4 years of real estate or sales experience (strong candidates with less experience may be considered) Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, listing platforms, and MS Office. Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
