This is a full-time role for a Sales Specialist responsible for managing and growing our client base. Key duties include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.


You will be a hunter-closer responsible for the entire sales cycle, driving new business within assigned industry verticals. You'll leverage your expertise to identify customer needs, present solutions, manage complex sales processes, and close deals to exceed targets


You will be responsible for driving the entire sales cycle for our software solutions built on Industry leading No-Code Veoci Platform, including

·      Cyber Security Crisis Response

·      IT Disaster Recovery (DR) Digitization

·      Emergency Management (natural & Man-made disasters)

·      Business Continuity Management (BCM)

·      Sales Operations CRM


Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels.
  • Work with a Sales Development Representative to plan and execute sales prospecting campaigns.
  • Reach out to cold contacts through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up with warm prospects from tradeshows and webinars.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to conduct demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value proposition for specific customer needs.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Some travel may be required to attend industry trade shows, sales meetings or team meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales quotas on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Forecast sales accurately and contribute to pipeline management.
  • Utilize the Veoci-built CRM effectively to track progress and report on key performance metrics.


Required Skills

  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with sales prospects.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proven work ethic and dependability.


Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience building pipeline through prospecting, cross-selling and referrals.
  • Practitioner Experience in the assigned vertical.
  • Experience selling Emergency Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise software,, or other application Platforms.
  • Social selling expertise (LinkedIn, Professional Organizations, etc.).
  • Experience with Account-Based Selling or Marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, a related field, or an MBA.
  • A minimum of 85% in your 12th Boards.
  • 3-5 years of experience in software sales
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Prior experience selling within the aviation industry is preferred.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively to find solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting commitments.
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings (occasional).


You should need to have worked in SaaS and platform based software product companies and be able to understand customer ask and translate that into a winning combination of workflows and dashboards all on the Veoci Platform.


You will get to analyse and understand complex processes as part of the sales induction and learn to use process digitization in complex scenarios in large organisations in sectors like BFSI, HealthCare , Utilities etc
