Need to work on company product. Should travel to the place where company lift is being installed. Should have minimum of 1 year of experience in elevator commissioning.
Should have good knowledge in Servicing of lift as wiring, breakdowns, maintenance & other works related to lift servicing engineer.

Job Summary The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, promoting Relicom Elevators’ products and services, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Perform routine preventive maintenance on lifts, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems. Respond to breakdowns and service calls, diagnosing issues, repairing faults, and restoring operation as quickly as possible. Conduct safety inspections and tests (e.g., emergency brakes, door operation, safety interlocks, etc.). Keep accurate service records, maintenance logs, and parts usage documentation. Replace worn or faulty components (gears, motors, cables, controls, sensors, etc.). Calibrate and adjust control systems, safety devices, and load/leveling systems. Communicate with building/property managers or clients about service status, required repairs, and cost estimates. Work with external inspectors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local elevator codes and standards. Adhere to company health, safety, and environmental procedures. Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work areas; ensure proper use of tools and equipment. Recommend improvements to lift performance, reliability, and safety. Occasionally assist in new installation or modernization projects (if required).
