Need to work on company product. Should travel to the place where company lift is being installed. Should have minimum of 1 year of experience in elevator commissioning.
Should have good knowledge in Servicing of lift as wiring, breakdowns, maintenance & other works related to lift servicing engineer.
1. *Prospecting:* Identify and target potential clients within designated geographical areas. 2. *Client Meetings:* Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our products or services effectively. 3. *Sales Presentations:* Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of each client, showcasing the benefits and features of our offerings. 4. *Negotiation:* Negotiate terms of sales agreements and contracts to ensure mutual satisfaction and profitability. 5. *Relationship Building:* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business. 6. *Market Research:* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. 7. *Reporting:* Keep detailed records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and outcomes, and provide regular reports to management. 8. *Customer Service:* Provide excellent customer service before and after sales transactions, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. *Qualifications:* 1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales or outside sales role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. 3. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. 4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
