Job Description

Business Development

- Identify, connect, and develop strong relationships with leading companies as mentioned above and should be decision-makers. Leverage existing industry connections to open doors quickly and generate high-quality leads. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing — with a focus on new business acquisition. Conduct frequent client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to drive conversions. Recommend suitable quartz surface solutions based on client requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches in all the surface materials market. Share actionable insights with leadership to refine sales strategy.

Relationship Management - Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Represent the company at trade shows, design expos, and industry networking events.

Reporting & Co-ordination - Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales progress in CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, order tracking, and client satisfaction.
