The role involves strategic account management, business development, and category growth through key modern trade partners, online marketplaces, and direct-to-consumer platforms. Key Responsibilities: Modern Trade Management: Handle national modern trade accounts such as Reliance, D-Mart, Big Bazaar, Spencers, and others. Negotiate annual business plans, margins, and promotions with key modern trade partners. E-Commerce Sales: Drive online sales through major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, BigBasket, etc.) and company-owned websites. Optimize product listings, pricing, and digital marketing coordination for better visibility and conversions. Account Development & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with category heads, buyers, and e-commerce managers to secure favorable terms and listings. PAN India Sales Strategy: Plan and implement sales and promotional strategies across regions to maximize brand presence and revenue. Business Analysis & Reporting: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights on consumer behavior, channel profitability, and growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and campaign execution.
