Roles & Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients and partners
  • Business and market analysis: Researching and identifying new market opportunities, potential partners, and growth areas within the card manufacturing industry.
  • Lead generation: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, networking, and other channels to generate and qualify leads.
  • Proposal and presentation development: Creating tailored proposals and presentations to showcase the company's card products and services and demonstrate how they can meet client needs.
  • Negotiation and closing: Leading negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals and agreements.
  • Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and achieve goals.
  • Reporting and goal setting: Tracking progress, producing regular reports for management, and setting goals for business and sales growth.
  • Industry knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies in card manufacturing.

Job Specification:

Experience:


Minimum 6-10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related field, including at least 3-4 years in a managerial rolepreferably within the Manufacturing or B2B industry.

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Proven track record of sales and lead generation.

Qualification:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
