About the Role

As a Sales Manager , you will be at the forefront of connecting homebuyers with their dream properties while driving sales success for NoBroker. You will consult, guide, and support buyers /Sellers through their purchase journey, ensuring a smooth and trustworthy experience.
This is a high-ownership role where you will directly impact revenue growth while shaping customer experience in the real estate market. This will be an individual contribution role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-ground visits to prospective customers as assigned in your territory.
  • Engage potential customers /sellers via phone, virtual meetings, and on-site visits to explain available
  • properties and convert them.
  • Attend qualified leads through virtual or in-person meetings, present tailored property options, and
  • encourage on-site visits.
  • Pitch NoBrokers products and services to homeowners, landlords, and small property partners.
  • Negotiate deals between clients & buyers, ensuring a win-win agreement.
  • Achieve monthly targets for monetization, service activations, and closures.
  • Educate clients about product offerings, USPs, and benefits.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Cross-sell additional NoBroker services to provide a complete home-buying experience.
  • Nurture leads to build a strong sales pipeline and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property prices, inventory, and buyer demand.
  • Provide regular market feedback and insights to improve offerings.

Requirements


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or a similar field.
  • Candidate should be okay for both calling & field role
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market.
  • Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Own a two-wheeler and a DL is must
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language.
  • Availability to work 6 days a week (including weekends).
  • Location: Should be residing within 10-15 km of the work are
