Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your role involves promoting and embracing behavioral competencies and business ethics, demonstrating self-drive, self-motivation, and adaptability to change. You are responsible for maintaining excellent service, building rapport with customers, and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders. Frequent travel within India to compressor OEM sites is required, with potential global travel in the EMEA region on short notice. Your key responsibilities include: - Continuously engaging with Turbo OEMs to provide support, technical offers, and commercial quotations. - Developing and maintaining close relationships with Turbo OEMs to monitor market developments and liaising with internal stakeholders. - Supporting Sales team members in identifying upgrade and retrofit opportunities, providing technical expertise, and participating in techno-commercial discussions. - Coordinating with GEC and Commercial team to ensure prompt responses to technical and commercial inquiries. - Supporting the company's Global Initiatives, Strategies, New Product Development, and Business Development. - Serving as the point of contact for product line departments as the Voice of the customer (VoC) and assisting in defining product outlines if necessary. - Ensuring health and safety compliance for yourself and others within the organization. Qualifications required for this role: - University Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role - Experience in rotating equipment sales, particularly pumps or compressors - Hands-on experience in Field Services would be advantageous - Exposure to API610/API692/API617 - Knowledge of rotating equipment, familiarity with international standards such as API, ISO, ASME - Strong commercial and technical capabilities - Excellent communication and presentation skills (Note: No additional details about the company were mentioned in the job description),
