NEW OPPORTUNITY || IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS JOINERS REQUIRED || Position Title:- Senior Admin Executive Experience Required:- 8+ Years Location:- Pune, MH Position Type:- Contract-to-hire (Initial Contract of 1 Year) Key Responsibilities: Petty Cash Management: Efficiently manage and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and accountability. Customer Handling: Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and maintaining high satisfaction levels. Procurement Activities (PR/PO): Handle Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) including vendor coordination, order tracking, and maintaining procurement records. Quotations: Prepare and issue quotations for products/services in coordination with internal teams and vendors. Administrative Support: Oversee office supplies, facilities coordination, and general administration duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Digital Transformation Support: Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities to digitize manual processes and implement new tools for improved efficiency. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 8+ years of relevant experience in administration and office management. Strong understanding of procurement processes (PR/PO) and quotation preparation. Experience working in a global or multi-national organization. Experience handling Petty Cash. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is a plus Show more Show less
