Lead SDET

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team in Bangalore. As a Lead SDET with 7-11 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across Web, API, and Mobile platforms through the design, implementation, and execution of automated test cases. You will play a vital role in leading the QA team and driving the testing process to meet high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Possess at least 7 years of experience in QA with a minimum of 2 years in a lead capacity. - Strong expertise in debugging across Web, backend APIs, and mobile platforms (Android/iOS). - Familiarity with testing tools such as Postman, Charles Proxy, browser dev tools, mobile emulators, Kibana, etc. - Previous experience in JavaScript test automation frameworks. - Excellent communication skills and ability to handle escalations effectively. - Flexible to work in evening shifts as required to support the team and project needs.
