Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the *import & export trading sector* across GCC, Africa, and Asian markets.
* Identify and build relationships with new international buyers and suppliers.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients and vendors.
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure smooth trade execution.
* Maintain strong understanding of global market trends, regulatory requirements, and trade compliance.
* Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis for senior management.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.
* MBA preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:
* *5–10 years* of proven sales experience in *import & export / international trading*.
* Experience in commodities, industrial goods, or general trading is highly desirable.
* Prior exposure to *Middle East, Africa, or Asia-Pacific markets* is a strong advantage.

Skills:
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation (Incoterms, LC, etc.)
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to multicultural environments
* Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Location Requirements:
* Candidate must be from or based in Mumbai or Pune.
* Flexibility to operate within Dubai time zone working hours.
