Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow the freight forwarding business. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct market research to inform sales strategies and tactics. Develop customized proposals and solutions for clients. Track sales performance and provide regular reports. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Represent the company at industry events. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred). 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within freight forwarding. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Deep understanding of freight forwarding operations and industry trends. Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
