This role offers more than just hiring: if you have the bandwidth and interest, youโ€™ll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader HR initiatives such as employee engagement, onboarding, and performance management. ๐ŸŽฏ Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ” Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end hiring for Managerial and executive roles ยท Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking. Coordinate and conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and guide hiring decisions Build and manage internal talent pipelines for recurring requirements ๐Ÿง  Talent Strategy & Planning Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring reports Align hiring efforts with workforce planning and service line growth Advise business units on role scoping, JD creation, and sourcing strategies Proactively identify future talent needs and succession opportunities ๐Ÿ“ˆ Hiring Process & Performance Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Monitor hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, retention trends) Optimize recruitment processes for speed, compliance, and candidate experience Maintain accurate data and documentation using ATS or internal systems ๐Ÿง‘โ€๐Ÿคโ€๐Ÿง‘ Employer Branding & Outreach Represent the company at job fairs, walk-ins, and campus drives Create visibility for job openings through social media and local campaigns ๐Ÿค Broader HR Support (as needed) Assist with onboarding, documentation, and induction of new hires Support employee engagement and training initiatives during hiring downtimes ยท Assist in performance appraisal cycles and policy administration.
