Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team in Vadodara for an on-site position. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role involves leading a sales team, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work towards driving revenue growth while promoting energy conservation solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and lead generation strategies
• Understanding of energy conservation solutions, including air conditioning and refrigeration systems, is preferred
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant experience in sales
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
• Willingness to work on-site in Vadodara and travel as needed for client meetings and events
