Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Vadodara for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to optimize sales efforts. Qualifications Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Execution Strong Client Engagement and Relationship Management skills Knowledge of Market Research and Analysis Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills Ability to Meet and Exceed Sales Targets Proficiency in Preparing and Presenting Sales Reports Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the energy conservation or HVAC industry is an advantage
