Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Client Outreach Identify and approach potential B2B clients (corporates, schools, colleges, events, startups). Use platforms like IndiaMART, Google Ads, LinkedIn, references, cold calling, and bulk WhatsApp for lead generation. Schedule meetings (in-person/virtual) and present samples or catalogs. 2. Sales Conversion Understand client requirements and offer customized bag and T-shirt solutions. Share quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up for closing orders. Coordinate with design and production teams for customization and delivery. 3. Relationship Management Maintain ongoing communication with clients to encourage repeat orders. Ensure client satisfaction through timely deliveries and support. Build long-term business relationships to expand accounts. 4. Documentation & Reporting Track leads, follow-ups, and order pipelines using CRM or Google Sheets. Submit daily call logs, meeting summaries, and weekly sales reports. 5. Market Intelligence Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and customer feedback. Recommend new product ideas and process improvements to management. Key Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. B2B sales experience (preferably in apparel, gifting, printing, or fashion).
