Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue. Manage online and offline sales channels (OTAs, travel agents, corporate accounts). 2. Team Coordination Coordinate with the front office, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Provide sales training and motivation to junior staff when required.
