Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in [specific area/region]. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, ideally with prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives/representatives. Generate and manage leads through field visits, digital platforms, and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners. Meet potential customers directly, explain solar project benefits, and convert leads into orders. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Stay updated on KSEB, MNRE, and state solar policies to communicate benefits to customers. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support. Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role (preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical/Power sector). Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
