Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing solar installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Install and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar Power Systems . Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and performance testing of solar PV systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults , inverter issues, and connectivity problems. Ensure all work complies with MNRE, KSEB, and safety standards . Assist in wiring, conduit work, panel mounting, and inverter configuration . Support customers with basic system training and usage guidance. Coordinate with the project engineer and service manager for smooth operations. Maintain accurate service records and prepare daily activity reports . Qualifications & Skills: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in solar installation or electrical maintenance. Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, earthing, and safety protocols . Familiarity with solar inverters, charge controllers, and battery systems . Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges.
