Requirements Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role (preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical/Power sector). Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve targets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Role: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our growing solar installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Install and commission On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar Power Systems . Perform regular maintenance, inspection, and performance testing of solar PV systems. Diagnose and repair electrical faults , inverter issues, and connectivity problems. Ensure all work complies with MNRE, KSEB, and safety standards . Assist in wiring, conduit work, panel mounting, and inverter configuration . Support customers with basic system training and usage guidance. Coordinate with the project engineer and service manager for smooth operations. Maintain accurate service records and prepare daily activity reports . Qualifications & Skills: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field. The role involves on-ground promotion, lead generation, customer interaction, and campaign execution using vehicle branding, site visits, and local outreach.
