Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in [specific area/region]. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills, ideally with prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales executives/representatives.
• Generate and manage leads through field visits, digital platforms, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners.
• Meet potential customers directly, explain solar project benefits, and convert leads into orders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Stay updated on KSEB, MNRE, and state solar policies to communicate benefits to customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role (preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Electrical/Power sector).
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and achieve targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
