Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kanpur. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive business development, manage a team, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be expected to analyze market trends, create business reports, and contribute to the company's goal of providing innovative and ethical financial services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in using technology and tools, including CRM systems and AI-powered platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry, especially retail loans, is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Ability to work on-site in Kanpur and manage a dynamic team effectively.
