Budget: Max 30 LPA Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with 3-5 years of fintech experience to drive revenue growth and lead a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The Role: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the fintech ecosystem, including banks, NBFCs, and financial service providers. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to ensure high performance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape. • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our offerings to potential clients. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and customer success, to align sales strategies with company goals. • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a seamless client onboarding experience. • Track sales performance and provide regular reports on progress, challenges. Key Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in sales within the fintech industry. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B fintech sales. • Strong knowledge of financial products, digital banking, and account aggregation solutions. • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and develop data-driven sales strategies. • Experience in managing and growing a sales team. • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
