Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our events team, with 4-8 years of experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and event management.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate events, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales and event management, with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including events, sales, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with sales management software and tools, such as CRM systems.
