Job Summary

The Sales Manager – Business Loan Sales will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition of new SME/MSME customers, achieving disbursement targets, and managing end-to-end sales activities for business loan products. The role involves field sales, relationship management, and coordination with internal credit and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business for

    Business Loans / SME Loans / MSME Loans

  • Identify and onboard new customers through

    direct sourcing, referrals, DSAs, and channel partners

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    business owners, CAs, builders, and consultants

  • Conduct

    customer meetings, needs analysis, and loan eligibility assessments

  • Ensure proper

    documentation, KYC, and compliance

    as per company policies
  • Coordinate with

    credit, legal, and operations teams

    for smooth loan processing and disbursement
  • Achieve

    monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
  • Maintain accurate

    sales MIS and pipeline reports

  • Handle customer queries and ensure high service quality

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    Business Loan / SME Lending products

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a

    target-driven, field-oriented environment

  • Understanding of

    credit appraisal basics and financial documents

  • Self-motivated with strong closing abilities

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:

    Graduate / MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred)
  • Experience:

    3–8 years in

    Business Loan / SME Loan sales

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in

    NBFC / Bank / FinTech lending

    preferred
  • Bike mandatory (for field sales roles)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in

    Direct Sales / DSA / Channel Sales

  • Strong local market knowledge
  • Immediate joiners preferred
