General Responsibilities: · Maintenance: Performing routine and preventive maintenance on MEP systems and equipment. · Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and resolving issues in electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. · Installation: Assisting with the installation of new MEP equipment and systems. · Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and standards. · Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs. · Collaboration: Working with other team members and departments to resolve issues. Specific Tasks (May Vary Depending on the Role): Electrical Systems: · Troubleshooting and repairing electrical faults. · Installing and maintaining electrical panels and wiring. · Performing electrical inspections.
