Role Overview

  • We’re looking for a

    high-performing Area Sales Manager

    with

    deep cold chain experience

    and strong client connections. This role is about

    closing large B2B deals

    , expanding our presence across logistics, pharma, food, and retail sectors, and being

    the face of our business on the ground

    .

    convert relationships into revenue

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage

    end-to-end sales cycle

    for reefer container leasing and sales.
  • Leverage your

    existing cold chain network

    to generate high-quality leads.
  • Meet supply chain managers, operations heads, and CXOs across logistics, pharma, dairy, and retail.
  • Convert incoming leads from field executives and identify new sales opportunities independently.
  • Drive repeat business

    and long-term contracts with key accounts.
  • Lead

    on-ground deal closures

    , pricing negotiations, and contract discussions.
  • Act as the

    voice of the customer

    — report feedback to product and service teams.
  • Maintain high client engagement, ensuring

    renewals and upsells

    over time.


Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

  • 4–6 years of B2B sales experience

    in

    cold chain, reefer leasing, cold logistics

    , or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong network of

    decision-makers in cold chain logistics

    , especially in South India.
  • Proven track record of closing

    ₹50L+ annual business

    , with strong references.
  • Ability to sell both

    standard offerings and custom container solutions

    .
  • Self-driven, field-oriented, and not afraid of aggressive targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with

    leasing models, TCO selling

    , and long-cycle deal closure.

  • # of client meetings per month

  • Monthly sales closure value

  • # of new accounts activated per quarter
