Job Title: Sales Manager [India, EU, ME]

Department: Sales and Marketing

Location: Hyderabad, India

Reports To: Sales Head / BU Head / Director

Travel: 90% profile within India


Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution – Drive full-cycle sales across India, building a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships.
  2. Business Growth – Identify and close opportunities in IT Services, Software Solutions, Cloud, and Digital Transformation projects.
  3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong CXO-level relationships, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
  4. Team Leadership – Lead, mentor, and upskill pre-sales and business development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  5. CRM & Reporting – Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  6. Process Innovation – Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with global teams.

  • Experience in process optimization and SALES innovation


Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in IT Services / Solutions Sales (Cloud, Digital Transformation, Managed Services, Enterprise Apps).
  • Proven track record of closing large/complex deals and achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s/master’s in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
