Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, mentoring the sales team, and maintaining collaboration with clients to provide tailored financial solutions. The successful candidate will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies effectively.

• Strategic thinking and ability to create and implement sales strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-centric approach
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the financial sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
