CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT • Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly. • Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships. TEAM MANAGEMENT • Lead and manage a team of ASM/SSM/BM/SM/RM. • Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners. MARKET ANALYSIS • Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends. • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services. REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the company's CRM. • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
