We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive the retail loan products, specializing in LAP and Micro LAP, within Gujarat State. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a robust business model, recruiting high performers, and ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio. Responsibilities: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT • Create a pipeline of potential clients and develop effective business strategies. • Identify and recruit high-performing individuals to build a strong team. PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT • Take P&L responsibility for multiple branches, ensuring business volume and portfolio quality meet targets. • Collaborate with Operations & Credit to develop effective business strategies. STRATEGIC PLANNING • Achieve and exceed business goals by implementing region-specific innovative strategies. • Work closely with the sales team to develop proposals aligned with client needs and objective. CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT • Identify potential clients and decision-makers, setting up meetings accordingly. • Present new products and services and enhance existing client relationships. TEAM MANAGEMENT • Lead and manage a team of ASM/SSM/BM/SM/RM. • Measure and enhance the productivity and efficiency of the sales team and channel partners. MARKET ANALYSIS • Stay familiar with the NBFC's core system and market trends. • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and services. REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data management in the company's CRM. • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT • Lead and supervise the team, providing best-in-class business development training. • Develop a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities to maximize performance.
