Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B Fintech Solutions

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in API integrations, payment gateways, B2B software, and banking technologies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships.

You will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, developing strategic partnerships, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities across fintech and banking sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals and expand the customer base.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in API, payment gateway, and banking software segments.
  • Manage and grow relationships with banks, NBFCs, payment aggregators, and fintech companies.
  • Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and commercial closings with clients.
  • Collaborate with the product and tech teams to tailor solutions based on client requirements.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or banking software.
  • Minimum 2 years of team leadership or sales management experience.
  • Strong understanding of payment gateway, API-based platforms, banking technologies, and B2B solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team.
  • Strong network in banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS sectors is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
