Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead and manage our company’s online presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for driving social media strategy and performance but also for overseeing a team of social media executives, aligning them with broader brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic social media plans to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Plan and execute monthly calendars, campaigns, contests, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for consistent branding.

Team & People Management:

• Supervise, guide, and support a team of Social Media Executives.
• Set goals and performance KPIs for the team and conduct regular reviews.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Social Media Operations:

• Oversee daily posting, content scheduling, and community management on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
• Ensure timely and effective responses to comments, DMs, and customer queries.
• Track trends, competitor activity, and platform algorithm changes.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Monitor social media metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Optimize content and ad performance based on analytics insights.

Paid Campaigns & Promotions:

• Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Work with external agencies or internal teams to optimize budget and reach.

Requirements:

• Any degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or team lead role.
• Strong creative, leadership, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
