We’re scaling fast in Gujarat—bringing compliant, high-performance plant nutrition to distributors and farmers through a dark-store + field-app model.

What you’ll own

• Deliver the state revenue plan; expand coverage across Saurashtra, Kutch, North, Central & South Gujarat.

• Appoint & build distributors/stockists; negotiate MOQs, pricing, and credit.

• Coach & lead ASMs/TSIs/FSRs; run weekly reviews and joint market calls.

• Drive seasonal programs (crop calendars, demos/plot days, KVK ties).

• Ensure OTIF (on-time in-full) with supply chain/dark stores; control returns/claims TAT.

• Close key accounts/OEM opportunities; maintain price/margin discipline.

• Keep CRM hygiene and publish state forecasts & S&OP inputs.

Must-have

• 7–12 years in agri inputs (fertilizers/biostimulants/WSF/micros) handling a state/large region.

• Proven distributor onboarding and multi-crore account closures.

• Gujarati (mandatory); Hindi good; English working proficiency.

• Strong execution mindset; comfortable with analytics, CRM, WhatsApp workflows.

• Own 4-wheeler + valid DL; willing to travel 15–20 days/month.

Good-to-have

• B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture or Agri-Chemicals background.

• Experience launching biostimulant portfolios & compliance-safe claims.

• Exposure to OEM/private label and institutional sales.

Success metrics (quarterly)

• Revenue as per AOP; coverage expansion of active dealers/distributors

• Repeat rate ≥60%, OTIF ≥95%, DSO ≤35–45 days

• 25–40 demos/plot days/month driven via team; claims <2% with TAT ≤7 days
