Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Acquisition & Sales Management Drive vehicle loan disbursement through direct sourcing, Bank of India branches, DSA network, and automobile dealers. Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets in terms of volume and value. Identify new business opportunities within assigned geography to increase market share. 2. Team Management Lead and manage a field sales team of minimum 10 members (Sales Officers / Executives). Allocate targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews. Organize training sessions and provide on-the-ground mentoring to enhance skills and drive results. 3. Dealer & Channel Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with automobile dealers and DSA partners. Ensure timely payout, service support, and engagement activities to retain and grow partner network. Monitor channel productivity and source mix for risk control. 4. Bank Branch Coordination Collaborate with Bank of India branches for lead generation and conversions. Conduct regular branch visits and support staff in cross-selling vehicle loans. 5. Credit, Operations & Documentation Ensure complete and accurate documentation before submission for login. Liaise with credit and operations teams to ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) from login to disbursement. Monitor the quality of sourced business and reduce rejection and delinquency rates. 6. Compliance & Audit Ensure all loans sourced follow internal compliance guidelines and external regulatory standards (e.g. KYC, AML). Assist in resolving audit queries and ensure corrective measures are implemented promptly. 7. Customer Relationship Management Ensure high standards of customer service during the loan lifecycle. Resolve grievances and maintain long-term relationships with customers and vehicle dealers. Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of vehicle loan products, pricing, and processes. Team management and leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and partner relationship skills. Proficient in MS Office and loan CRM platforms. Candidates preferable from HDFC Bank , SBI
