Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Manager located in Raipur. The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure of the bank, managing IT staff, ensuring data security, coordinating IT projects, and developing technology strategies. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining network systems, and implementing new technologies to improve banking operations. Qualifications Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network systems, and cybersecurity Experience in IT project management, technology strategy development, and system implementation Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and maintain IT systems Leadership skills to manage IT staff and facilitate team collaboration Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Prior experience in the banking or financial sector is advantageous Strong communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
