Sales Manager

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Incentives:
Up to
30% per franchise closure
(approx. ₹75,000 per closure)
💡 High earning potential for performance-driven professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage franchise leads through online & offline channels.
Present the BVK Franchise Model to potential investors (calls, Zoom, and meetings).
Follow up and coordinate with management for closures and documentation.
Assist in franchise implementation:
oversee initial setup, training coordination, and branding execution.
Maintain CRM reports, lead tracking, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
Experience in franchise or education sales preferred.
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated personality.
Strong coordination & execution ability post-sales.
Comfortable using CRM and online tools.
