Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Ghaziabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, monitoring market trends, setting sales targets, training team members, and analyzing performance data to ensure targets are met. The role involves managing customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales or financial services is an advantage.
