Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Gaya. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring team performance. Day-to-day tasks include leading and motivating a sales team, identifying market opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and regularly analyzing sales data to optimize business performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Skills in Negotiation, Communication, and Team Leadership
• Experience in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Sales Forecasting
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines while maintaining high levels of motivation
• Knowledge of financial products and previous experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in local market knowledge is preferred
• Adaptability to dynamic work environments and decision-making skills
