Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

  • Actively engage with potential customers to understand their preferences and needs.
  • Showcase Lexus car models, highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Conduct test drives to allow customers to experience the luxury and performance of Lexus vehicles.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide personalized and attentive service to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay updated on the latest features, specifications, and technologies of Lexus car models.
  • Conduct continuous training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects.
  • Generate regular sales reports to track individual and team performance against targets.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
