Procurement Role

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end procurement of construction materials, MEP items, and services.
Develop, manage, and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships.
Floating RFQs, evaluating quotations, negotiation, and finalizing purchase orders.
Cost optimization and inventory planning.
Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of materials and services.
Coordinate with project, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and contract terms.
