The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling procurement operations, vendor management, and cost-effective purchasing strategies. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end procurement of construction materials, MEP items, and services. Develop, manage, and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships. Floating RFQs, evaluating quotations, negotiation, and finalizing purchase orders. Cost optimization and inventory planning. Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of materials and services. Coordinate with project, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth operations. Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and contract terms. Key Skills: Procurement Management Vendor Development & Negotiation Strategic Sourcing Material Management Purchase Order Processing Inventory Planning Real Estate/Construction Materials Knowledge ERP Systems (Tally, SAP, etc.) Desired Candidate Profile: 28 years of experience in procurement, preferably in real estate or construction. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Knowledge of local vendors and material rates is a plus.
