Job Purpose:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the accounts related to the automobile sales process. This includes invoicing, ledger management, reconciliation and ensuring accuracy of all financial records. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting practices, Tally software and excellent proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accounts for automobile sales transactions.
• Prepare and issue sales invoices, credit notes, and debit notes accurately.
• Record and reconcile day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP.
• Maintain customer ledgers, verify outstanding payments and follow up for collections in coordination with the sales team.
• Ensure timely updating of sales, receipts and adjustments in books of accounts.
• Handle statutory compliances related to sales (GST, TDS, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare regular MIS reports, sales summaries, and financial statements for management review.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Admin, Accounts) for smooth financial operations.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts and related documents.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  Accounting Principles

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Tally ERP

  (latest version preferred).
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, etc.).
• Good understanding of

  GST, TDS and other statutory requirements

  related to sales.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry & reporting.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in an

  Automobile Dealership / Retail Sales

  .
• Experience in handling invoicing and customer account management is a must.
