1. Sales and Customer Engagement

    • Drive sales of vehicles by engaging with walk-in customers, leads, and inquiries.
    • Provide detailed information about vehicle models, features, and benefits to prospective buyers.
    • Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations to help customers experience the products first-hand.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options to meet their requirements.

2. Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term business growth.
    • Follow up with leads and prospects regularly through calls, emails, or in-person visits to convert inquiries into sales.
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, including after-sales support.

3. Sales Targets

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
    • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to management.
    • Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to boost dealership sales.

4. Documentation and Compliance

    • Assist customers in completing necessary documentation for vehicle purchases, including financing options, insurance, and registration.
    • Ensure all sales transactions are compliant with dealership policies and regulatory requirements.

5. Product Knowledge

    • Stay updated on the latest automobile products, models, and technological advancements.
    • Attend training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturers to enhance product knowledge.

6. Collaboration

    • Work closely with other departments such as finance, service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Provide feedback from customers to the dealerships management to improve services and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales at an automobile dealership.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive market and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or related fields.
