Key Responsibilities

As a

Relationship Manager

in our dynamic team, you will:
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with banks, NBFCs, and channel partners.
  • Identify Growth Opportunities: Actively identify and pursue opportunities for co-lending, revenue-sharing, and product bundling.
  • Promote Fintech Solutions: Drive adoption of B2B fintech products including SME loans, working capital finance, POS-based lending, and payment solutions.
  • Lead Partnership Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on joint customer acquisition, lead sharing, and product alignment.
  • Ensure Seamless Onboarding: Oversee due diligence processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and full compliance with partner banks.
  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with our credit, risk, legal, and operations teams to deliver customized financial solutions.
  • Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and analyze performance, collections, and usage metrics from partner-sourced accounts to ensure sustainable growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in banking, fintech, or NBFC environments with at least 3-5 years in relationship management.
  • Strong expertise in B2B lending, digital payments, and partner-led distribution models.
  • Prior experience managing co-lending or embedded finance partnerships.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of regulatory and KYC norms in financial services.
  • Familiarity with digital lending APIs, onboarding journeys, and merchant lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and experience with data analysis.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.

  • Product Adoption: Driving engagement and usage of fintech products across partners.
  • Onboarding Success: Ensuring a seamless and compliant onboarding process for partners.

  • Operational Efficiency: Collaborating with internal teams to streamline operations and deliver tailored solutions.
