Qualification

• BE/MBA with Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the engineering or technology sector. Having a Mechanical Engineering Background will be an added advantage.

Desired Industrial Background

• Engineering Services, OEM Process/Chemical/Pharma/automotive Industries

Experience- 6 to 8 Years

Skill Required -

• Fluent in English, with strong international client-handling exposure.Strategic thinking with proven ability to implement successful sales plans.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to manage a high-performing team.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• An analytical mindset to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.Results-driven attitude with commitment to achieving and exceeding team sales targets.

Special Skills required

• Impeccable listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Role and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Sales Management -Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to achieve sales targets.
• Train the team on lead generation, client conversion, and negotiation strategies.
• Set clear sales goals, track performance, and provide timely feedback to ensure accountability.

• Lead Conversion & Client Engagement-Drive lead conversion from prospect to closure with a solution-focused approach.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring regular follow-ups.
• Engage in client discussions to identify upcoming projects and keep track of submitted offers.
• Visit domestic and international clients to strengthen partnerships and unlock new opportunities.

• Business Growth & Market Presence - Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned markets to achieve business growth.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Represent the company at national and international expos, networking events, and industry forums.

• Collaboration & Reporting -Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline, client interactions, and market insights to senior management.
• Track sales performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Process & Performance Improvement -Establish structured sales processes for lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
• Continuously review client feedback and market developments to improve sales strategies.
